Terms of Purchase
We cooperate with the payment provider SVEA. which allows individuals and companies to pay with Swish, invoice, bank transfer, partial payment, debit card or credit card. Payment is secure, and you can easily choose which payment method you want to use.
– If you have chosen to pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent via SVEA, to the same email address you provided in your order.Â
Delivery terms :
We usually ship your order with Postnord on the same business day as the order is received by us. Our goal is that all customers should receive their products within 1-2 business days from the date of order. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time under certain circumstances, such as stock balance errors, depending on the season, due to an abnormally large number of orders or other external circumstances over which we have no control. We cannot be held responsible for delays with the shipping company. Free shipping applies to all orders over 400 SEK.Â
Delivery to mailbox or delivery point Â
Usually, your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox. If the package is too large to fit in the mailbox, Postnord will instead notify you that you can pick up the package at your nearest delivery point. When you pick up your package, you should bring your ID with you. If you are picking up a package on behalf of someone else, you will also need to show their ID. More information about this can be found on the Postnord and DB Schenker websites.Â

- Schenker agent 1-2 days (trackable, you pick up at the nearest agent)
Returns
If you regret a purchase and want to return one or more items, you must send them back to us  no later than 14 days  after you received your order. This is according to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. If you have shopped with free shipping and you return 100% of the products in your order, the outgoing shipping cost will no longer be free but will be charged to you.
This is how you make a return:
1. Print the following cancellation form
2. Fill out the cancellation form carefully, state the reason for the return
3. Put the product & cancellation form in one package
4. Send the package to us (you pay the postage)
We will credit your invoice / refund you via SVEA as soon as we have received and checked the return. This is usually done within five days from the date we have received your returned product.
Note – if you do not have a printer for the cancellation form, you can write down the same information by hand on a piece of paper and send it in the package.

How do I find my order number?
Does an unclaimed package count as a return?
No, it does not count as a return! If your package is sent back to us from a delivery point (for example, from a post office or a convenience store), due to you not having collected it, it does not count as a return. For packages that are returned to us due to not being claimed by the carrier, we will charge you 200 SEK for our costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling. If the value of the goods is lower than 200 SEK, we will instead charge the full amount for the unclaimed package.
Complaints
You can complain about a product if you can prove that the product was already broken when you received the product, for example by photographing the product and sending the photo together with a description of the defect to us. We are only responsible for the defect if it is original, that is, that the defect was already in the product when you received it. If the product is broken, we will send you a new product, free of charge.
Personal data :
At the same time as you order products from us, you agree that we may store and use the information that you have provided about yourself so that we can fulfill our commitments and provide the high level of service that you as a customer can expect. We need the information, among other things, to be able to deliver the products to you, to possibly get in touch with you and to send you information about our products or offers via email and SMS. You can contact us at any time to request part of the personal data that we have registered about you. You can also contact us if you want us to help you delete your personal data.
