How Long Do The Tests Shelf Life?

Normally, the shelf life is 1.5-2 years for most of our tests.

How Is The Product Shipped?

The product is sent directly to your home in the mailbox, to a parcel locker or to the nearest service point for pick-up. The package is discreet, no logos or sender information is provided that could reveal its contents. You choose your own shipping option at checkout.

How Long Should I Wait Before I Test Myself?

For most of our tests, you can perform the test immediately. For most tests for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), you should wait about 10-12 days from the suspected infection.

Why Didn't I Receive My Order?

The most common reason for non-delivery is that the adress is not registered correctly. Contact our support if you need to change the delivery address.

Should Your Tests Be Used To Make A Diagnosis?

No. Our tests are not used to make a diagnosis, they are used to give an indication. It is always a doctor who makes a diagnosis, this is often done after various tests and clinical examinations.

Is my order anonymous?

Yes. We do not share any personal information, regardless of which test you order. All products are shipped in discreet packaging without sender logos, webshop names, or any identifying markings.

We take your privacy very seriously and comply with all applicable laws and EU regulations. For this reason, we have a dedicated Privacy Policy in place. In addition, our website is protected by SSL encryption to ensure a secure connection. You can shop with confidence.

My test does not show a control line (C). What should I do?

If the test does not show a line in the control area, this may be caused by air bubbles forming in the sample well (S), which can prevent the sample liquid from migrating properly through the membrane. Gently tap the side of the test cassette to remove any air bubbles. In some cases, adding an extra drop of sample solution may be necessary.

Can I cancel my order before it has been shipped?

Yes. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to stop it. As this involves additional handling, a small fee is charged to cover these costs. Please refer to our Terms of Purchase for more information.

Do I need to send the test to a laboratory to get the result?

No. We provide rapid tests where results can usually be read within approximately 10 minutes.
