This saliva test detects 6 common drugs.
A multi-panel test is useful when you are unsure what substances the tested person uses.
The saliva test works by placing a swab in the mouth, which is then returned to a tube.

Cut-off levels:

  • Opiates (OPI): 40 ng/mL

  • Amphetamine (AMP): 50 ng/mL

  • Cocaine (COC): 20 ng/mL

  • Spice (K2): 25 ng/mL

  • Methamphetamine (MDMA): 50 ng/mL

  • Cannabis (THC): 12 ng/mL

Instructions:
Allow the test to reach room temperature (15-30°C) before testing. Avoid food, drink, gum, or tobacco for at least 10 minutes before testing.

  1. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and collect the oral fluid sample as follows:
Important: Place the tongue against the upper and lower jaws and rotate to stimulate saliva production before testing.
Insert the swab into the mouth, actively swabbing around the gums on both sides and under the tongue, gently chewing the swab. Place the swab under the tongue for 2–3 minutes until fully saturated. Gently pressing the swab between the tongue and teeth helps saturate it. No hard areas should be felt when fully saturated.

  2. Remove the swab from the mouth. Place it in the test cup and screw the collector to fully press the swab to release saliva. Place the test cup on a clean, flat surface. Remove the peel-off label, wait until flow appears in the test windows, and start a timer.
If a substance is not collected after 3 minutes, gently rotate the oral fluid cup to wet the substance.

  3. Read the test results after 3–10 minutes.
If all lines are clearly visible after 3 minutes or earlier, the test can be interpreted as negative and discarded. If some lines are not visible after 3 minutes, read again at 10 minutes.

Result interpretation:

  • NEGATIVE: Two lines appear. One red line in the control region (C), and another clearly visible red or pink line in the test region (T). This indicates drug concentration below detectable level.
Note: The shade of red in the test region (T) may vary, but even a faint pink line should be considered negative.

  • POSITIVE: One red line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region (T). This indicates drug concentration above detectable level.

  • INVALID: Control line does not appear. Insufficient sample volume or incorrect procedure is the most likely cause. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new strip. If the problem persists, contact your local supplier.

The test is CE marked.
