It is recommended to test 3 times. The first test about 2–3 weeks after exposure risk, the second test about 6–8 weeks after exposure, and the final test approximately 3 months after possible exposure.

1. Take a blood sample using the sterile lancet provided.
2. Collect the sample up to the black line using the included capillary pipette.
3. Place the collected sample into the bottle, which has been previously opened, and then screw the cap on.
4. Add 3 drops of the sample liquid into the sample well (S) indicated on the test cassette and wait 10 minutes before reading the result.
   Note: Do not read the result after 10 minutes.

Result Interpretation:

• POSITIVE: Two lines appear. A red line should be in the control region (C), and another clearly visible red or pink line should be in the test region (T).
  Note: The shade of red in the test region (T) may vary, but the test should be considered negative if there is even a faint colored line.
• NEGATIVE: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region (T).
• INVALID: The control line does not appear. Insufficient sample volume or incorrect procedure are the most likely reasons why the control line does not appear. Review the procedure and repeat with a new test.
