Gonorrhea Test
A rapid test for the qualitative detection of gonorrhea antigen located in the cervix (female) or urethra (male), with results in 5–10 minutes.
The test uses a monoclonal antibody specific to gonorrhea (Neisseria gonorrhoeae).
Accuracy: 99.1%.

Instructions for use
❗ Do not urinate for at least one hour before testing!
1A) Vagina (Female):
Insert the swab into the vaginal canal until most of the tip is no longer visible.
Rotate 360° in one direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) and leave for 15 seconds.
Withdraw the swab, avoiding contamination from vaginal walls or external secretions.
1B) Urethra (Male):
Insert the swab approx. 2–4 cm into the urethra.
Rotate 360°, leave for 15 seconds, then withdraw.
2. Place the swab into the sample tube and add 5 drops of Reagent A.
Squeeze and rotate the swab 15 times against the bottom of the tube. Let stand for 2 minutes.
3. Add 4 drops of Reagent B. The solution will become cloudy.
Rotate the swab 15 times until the liquid becomes clear with a green or blue tint. If blood is present, the color may be yellow or brown. Let stand for 1 minute.
4. Remove the swab and press out as much liquid as possible into the tube. Discard the swab.
5. Attach the dropper cap.
6. Add 3 full drops of the extracted solution into the sample well (S) on the test cassette.
Read the result after 5–10 minutes.

Results

- Positive: Two pink-purple lines appear (one in the control area and one in the test area).
- Negative: Only one pink-purple line appears in the control area.
- Invalid: No visible pink-purple line in either the test or control area. The test is invalid and should be repeated.
