Instructions for use
❗ Do not urinate for at least one hour before testing!
1A) Cervix (Women):
Insert the swab into the vaginal canal until the tip is mostly no longer visible. Rotate the swab 360° in one direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) and let it rest for 15 seconds. Withdraw carefully without contaminating the sample with external secretions.
1B) Urethra (Men):
Insert the swab into the urethra approx. 2–4 cm deep. Rotate it 360° in one direction, leave for 10 seconds, and withdraw.
2. Add 5 drops of Reagent 1 (A) into the sample tube. Insert the swab. Squeeze and rotate the swab against the bottom of the tube 15 times. Let it stand for 2 minutes.
3. Add 6 drops of Reagent 2 (B). The solution becomes cloudy. Stir 15 times until the solution turns clear with a slight green or blue tint (may appear yellow/brown if blood is present). Let stand for 1 minute.
4. Remove the swab and press out remaining liquid into the tube. Discard the swab. Retain as much liquid as possible.
5. Attach the dropper tip to the sample tube.
6. Add 3 full drops into the test cassette sample well (S). Read the result after 10 minutes. Do not read after 20 minutes.
