Test r\u00e9nal<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ce test est con\u00e7u pour mesurer les niveaux de cr\u00e9atinine, prot\u00e9ines et densit\u00e9 urinaire sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong> dans les \u00e9chantillons d’urine. Le r\u00e9sultat est obtenu par comparaison visuelle avec une \u00e9chelle de couleurs<\/strong> imprim\u00e9e sur l’emballage (voir en bas).<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9atinine<\/h4>\n

La cr\u00e9atinine est un d\u00e9chet dans le sang, produit par l’activit\u00e9 musculaire, qui est filtr\u00e9 par les reins et excr\u00e9t\u00e9 dans l’urine. Plus une personne a de masse musculaire, plus elle produit de cr\u00e9atinine. Les niveaux de cr\u00e9atinine refl\u00e8tent \u00e0 la fois la masse musculaire et la fonction r\u00e9nale. Les femmes ont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des niveaux de cr\u00e9atinine plus bas que les hommes.<\/p>\n

Prot\u00e9ines<\/h4>\n

Normalement, l\u2019urine ne contient presque pas de prot\u00e9ines. Si des prot\u00e9ines sont pr\u00e9sentes, cela peut indiquer un probl\u00e8me de filtration r\u00e9nale.<\/p>\n

Densit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique<\/h4>\n

Les reins \u00e9liminent les substances ind\u00e9sirables du corps. La concentration des mol\u00e9cules excr\u00e9t\u00e9es d\u00e9termine la densit\u00e9 urinaire. Chez les adultes, la densit\u00e9 urinaire normale se situe entre 1,000 et 1,030. Une densit\u00e9 accrue peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une insuffisance r\u00e9nale ou \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit sanguin r\u00e9duit vers les reins.<\/p>\n

  2. Urinez dans un gobelet propre puis plongez-y la bandelette.<\/li>\n
