The delivery time is normally 1-2 working days. Orders registered before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.
We cooperate with SVEA payment solutions. You can pay with Swish, card, invoice, account (installment) or direct bank transfer (Trustly).
Normally, the shelf life is 1.5-2 years for most of our tests when stored between 2-30°C.
The product is sent directly to your home in the mailbox, to a parcel box or to the nearest representative in a white envelope with bubble wrap inside to protect the contents. The package is discreet, no logos or sender information is provided that could reveal its contents. You choose your own shipping option at checkout.
For most of our tests, you can perform the test immediately. For most tests for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), you should wait about a week from the suspected infection.
The most common reason for non-delivery if you have chosen „PostNord letter“ as your delivery option is that the name is not registered at the address you have entered. You MUST enter the name of a person who is registered at the address with this delivery option. When delivering to an address that is not registered, the person who is to receive the order MUST be listed as C/O on the line below the registered person.
Example: Kalle Svensson orders some tests but is not registered at the address. Then the registered person (in the example below Nils) must be listed as C/O and the person who should have the test must be listed at the top.

No. Our tests are not used to make a diagnosis, they are used to give an indication. It is always a doctor who makes a diagnosis, this is often done after various tests and clinical examinations.
