It is recommended to test 3 times. The first test about 2–3 weeks after exposure risk, the second test about 6–8 weeks after exposure, and the final test approximately 3 months after possible exposure.
- Take a blood sample using the sterile lancet provided.
- Collect the sample up to the black line using the included capillary pipette.
- Place the collected sample into the bottle, which has been previously opened, and then screw the cap on.
- Add 3 drops of the sample liquid into the sample well (S) indicated on the test cassette and wait 10 minutes before reading the result.
Note: Do not read the result after 10 minutes.

Result Interpretation:
- POSITIVE: Two lines appear. A red line should be in the control region (C), and another clearly visible red or pink line should be in the test region (T).
Note: The shade of red in the test region (T) may vary, but the test should be considered negative if there is even a faint colored line. - NEGATIVE: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region (T).
- INVALID: The control line does not appear. Insufficient sample volume or incorrect procedure are the most likely reasons why the control line does not appear. Review the procedure and repeat with a new test.
